Our Service
Au Pair Selection places au pairs with families throughout the UK.
Our applicants have been interviewed and had their references verified. They have had police and medical checks, all under the supervision of an overseas agent.
The matching process usually takes 2-6 weeks.
Read below the simple steps to finding an au pair:
- Read our terms and conditions. This describes our service and what you can expect from us.
- Create an account. This is free and will give you access to the au pair database.
- Create family profile. The information saved in your profile is used to produce a PDF to be shown to your chosen applicants. You can see a sample profile here.
- Browse au pair profiles in our database.
- Compile shortlist.
- Pay the registration fee. This is required before we will facilitate an engagement on your behalf.
- Submit shortlist. We will discuss your family profile with the au pairs and their agents to see if they are interested. Then check your email every 24-48 hours for a response. We will arrange a time for you to call the interested au pair(s) and will advise you of details by email.
- Phone interview. Contact between family and au pair. It is normal for the family to make this call. Click here for questions you may wish to ask.
- Arrange Placement. Select the au pair you liked the most and contact us with your decision. We will confirm the placement and ask you to prepare the relevant paperwork.
- Au Pair Selection will email you the au pair's travel details.
- Collect your au pair from your closest airport, train station or bus station.
